What is Siargao Villa NFT and how can it help you?
Air Media NFT Group is an end-to-end Web3 NFT Marketing Studio that has partnered with G Villas Siargao in order to make it the first Web3 Resort to use NFTs.
It is a community-owned project that has been fractionalized into profitable timeshare (RTS NFTs). This transforms the way investors build diversified portfolios. Investors have access to diverse digital assets and low transaction costs. They can also trade 24 hours a day.
The project will include 300 NFTs priced at 1 ETC on Private Sale and around 1.8 ETC on Public sale. On the Minting Date of February 19, 2023, interested holders can purchase NFTs on our Minting website TBA.
300 Pixel Art Beach Villas will be featured in the NFT Collection. This limited edition Siargao icon pack includes Surfing Spots, Cloud 9 Deck, and more. Jojo Briones, an artist from Air Media NFT Group, created it.
20% of the mint sale proceeds and 3% royalties will be donated to Siargao Island’s charity institutions.
Rewarding and maximizing your benefits
Siargao Villa NFT owners are eligible for a variety of benefits. These include 10 years of stay rights, the freedom to trade, swap and lease their NFTs, as well as the ability to trade, swap, trade, and lease them. The holder receives 10 nights of accommodation per year and an island tour in Siargao Philippines. Airdrops will also provide exclusive perks such as discounts on food or transportation.
Passive income
You can earn dividends from the Resorts Annual Room Sales by staking your NFTs. These will automatically be air-dropped into your wallet.

Air Media NFT Group will continue to grow in Real Estate NFT (Non-Fungible property Tokens). This property is located on the island that will become the Crypto Island of the Philippines. It measures 2 Hectares.
